DEAR SIR,
I AM HOLDINTG A INDIA PASSPORT AND WANT TO FLY CHINA (GUANGZHOU) FROM NEPAL, IS IT OK , OR REQUIRE SOME FORMALITIES TO BE COMPLETED

I think you also have to apply for a China visa besides your indian passport.
