i got a job in indian owned importer in guangzhou ,nw i want to go there in ''F visa''

After i reach there only thiw company will provide me ''Z visa''
When i asked regarding the formalities to get the F visa in VFS...they replied me i shud have 1.5 lakhs minimum bank balance.......since im going for job purpose...is it really necessary????

Also is there any possibility to make this happen from bangalore
