About:Harbin Ice Festival

We intend to go to Harbin 27 Dec - 3 Jan. I know we able to see the ice lantern festival and ice sculptures. But are we able to see "dong yong" (winter swimming? Thank you

Hi,Mrs.KL Lim. The National Winter Swimming Day is on Jan.1 each year. Different cities may hold activities at days around Jan.1. You are likely to see winter swimming.
