I'm planning to visit Kuming in Dec.  What's the best way to travel from Kuming to Lijiang. How much will it cost to take bus or fly? What's the weather like in Lijiang and I'm planning to visit the Snow Mountain in Lijiang.

It is suggested that you take a flight from Kunming to Lijiang, which only takes 45 minutes. The long-distance bus will take you about 8 hours. Winter is not very cold in Lijiang. You could wear a thin sweater woolen coat warm jeans there. Please prepare a down jacket for your visit to the snow mountain. You could rent a down jacket at the foot of the mountain. Tips, there is no heating-system in these hotels of Lijiang, so please keep you warm at night.
