I am living in Xian now so I think I'm the right person to answer your question. It would be neither too cold nor hot in the early Nov in Xian. Generaly speaking, the average high temperature is around 11/13 degree celsius and the average low is aroulnd 2/4. In recent days, it rains always and I feel cold.0
