I am coming in the ebnd of oct, to Jilin,
How is the weather at that time.
According to European temperature
I do not understanf farnheit degree.

The temperature is from zero to 10C. It is getting very cold although it is just in October. Wear sweater and coat. Keep Warm. It may snow in November.
