i am a New Zealand citizen currently traveling in India. I will be arriving in Delhi on the 9th of October. I am seeking information on how to obtain a visa to China for Canton Fair? I see from a previous post that I may be able to do this on arrival in Hong Kong? Or would it be better to visit you in Delhi? Please advise as soon as possible. Many thanks.
