Sir i am indian and i want to know that if i want to have some information about the chinese party leaders such as email id's of them so is this legal according to the govt of china to have information about chinese leaders for my research work, if its legal then who can help me finding email id's of party secretaries of china.sir please give me the information regarding this matter.
