i am a pakistan nationalhaving a valid resident visa in uae.

Question

I am a PAKISTAN National and having a Valid Resident Visa in UAE. I want to visit CHINA/HONGKONG. How can I get a Visa and what would tbe cost for it ? What Documents would be required for Visa processing and how many days it would take ? I have tried the Chinese Embassy Phone Number and Counselate Office in Dubai aswell but nobody gave the proper information. They keep on saying visit WEBSITE
