About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

hi ..
i am dipendra pradhanaga rsiding here in melbourne.i am planing to visit hong kong in jan 2010 to see my fiance who lives there.i have finished my studies here and already applied for my residency and i am on my bridging visa. do i need to show my funds because m going to stay with her till i am there. she"s a hong kong id holder.or she needs to show any bank balance to support me for my visit.

Australian passport holders don't need a visa to Hk if they just stay in Hk for less than 90 days.
