i am going to attend canton fairsome factories in china mainland.

Question

I am going to attend Canton Fair and some factories in China mainland. One of my Chinese friend ,interpretor who will accompany me during my Chinese visit, wants to accompany me to Hong Kong also. But he is not aware about the documents(Passport/Visa)required by Chinese citizens to visit Hong Kong. Please help

He need to apply for a Hk Entry and Exit Permit from the local Public Security Bureau.
