About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello, I am a Filipino working as a teacher in China for more than five years. My husband and my son are with me since the end of August this year. Before I went back to the Philippines last summer vacation, my school gave me an invitation letter for them. I asked the agency to help me process their visa, then they were given an L visa for 1 month. When we renewed their visa here in China they were asked to go back to the Philippines to change it into a Z visa. I want to ask your advice about the requirements they needed for the application of Z visa, and how many days is the processing? Thank you!

The requirements for the Z visa for your husband and son are:
1. Applicant's passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2.A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3.A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.
4.For the accompanying family members, they need not to provide a Visa Notification Form or a Working Permit, instead they are required to provide Proof of Relative Relationship, e.g. Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, etc.
5.The applicant who will stay in China for more than 6 months shall provide a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen (Forms and the lists of designated hospital are available at the visa counter).
it usually takes 4 working days to process a visa.
