

My family had a very bad experience with Airasia.I bought the ticket online on 10Aug09 with Mastercard for my niece and nephew to travel on 12Aug09,because there is no direct flight from Haikou to Bangkok,they had to go from Guangzhou to Bangkok.But when they checked in with the e-ticket booking ref.HMU5CP,they were told the card was no good and yet they took out 316.90 and never e-mail or phone to let us know.Then they said they will give me my money back in 7 days.If the card was no good why did they keep my money for so long when I got back to England in September09,they gave me back only310 and no explanation,no apologies for the hardship we had to endure of staying in the hotel overnight, because Airasia fly very late at night.I had to buy the tickets on another airline the next day.Can anyone tell me if they have same problem?My card was from Caxtonfx.com.
