About:Taiwan Weather

Hi,It learnt that now Yilan & Hualen city has been hit with a huge typhoon wondering it's safe travelling to Taipei city for next week? Would this typhoon effect in Taipei City?

Just got back from Taipei. Expect raining days, sometimes heavy downpour.
