In principal, if you have the residence permit or other certificate to prove that your legal stay in Denmark for a relatively long time (more than half a year), you can apply for Chinese visa in Denmark as a Swedish citizen. Sometimes, your valid denmark visa also can help you for the Chinese visa application, you'd better go to the embassy to make clear. The visa regulations vary according to different situations.
