Hi, the cheapest way is to take a train. Wenzhou to hangzhou: better take a hard sleeper as it is about 22 hours to get there. The cost for hard sleeper is 363 yuan.Wenzhou to hangzhou: 65 yuan for a hard seat, it takes about 6 hours.From haangzhou to yantai: 339 yuan for a hard sleeper, it will take about 23 hours.
