I have tried to call embassy regarding to my above mentioned questions, it seems impossible to find anyone to talk. I can not even get through telephone.

I tried to call my family every day, it started to get to my nerve that I'm not able to communicate with any of them. It is very unpleasant experience.

Is anyone can help?!
