i have tried to call embassy regarding to my above mentioned questions, it seems

I have tried to call embassy regarding to my above mentioned questions, it seems impossible to find anyone to talk. I can not even get through telephone. I tried to call my family every day, it started to get to my nerve that I'm not able to communicate with any of them. It is very unpleasant experience.Is anyone can help?!

I'm afriad that you have to go to the embassy in person to make clear such a thing

I did last time, but embassy just simply suggested me to talk to Chinese consular. It took a lot time to visit either embassy or consular. Is anyone particularly to make phone call for such conversation at all?
