Question

I am a Filipino citizen working in the United States. I have H1B visa. I am currently in Japan for business. I also need to visit China for business. My flight to China is on Sunday and I need to get visa as soon as possible. I went to the Chinese consular office today in Tokyo, but the office was closed due to holidays. When will it open? If it's only open this Friday and I apply on that day, would I be able to get the visa on the same day? I am willing to pay double or triple rush order fee to get my visa by Friday. I hope this is possible

The embassy is open on Firday Oct 09, 2009. I'm afriad you are not able to get the visa the same day even if you request the express service and pay additional fees.
