please help which transportation is the cheapest from airport to metropark kowloon.

The cheapest is not the convinient. You can take Bus S1 to Tung Chung and then change to Hong Kong MTR to Kowloon, then take Bus 8 to the hotel. It costs about 30HKD totally.
