About:China Embassy in Thailand

hello ! I am from india and I live in bangkok. I need to apply multiple entry business visa to china. What documents do I need to apply. and what is Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese Authorized unit?

Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese Authorized Unit, namely, Ministries and Commissions of the State Council, the Government of all Provinces, Autonomous Regions, and Municipalities directly under the Central Government, and Foreign Affairs Offices and Bureaus of Economy and Commerce thereunder, and departments and units recognized by the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.

The Visa Notification Form describes the purpose of visit, stay duration, arrival time, depart time, itineraty, etc
