About:China Tourist Visa

I'm a Maldivian and a holder of Maldivian passport, now I am in Thailand, I would like to visit my sister in China. Can I apply Visa to China in Thailand, Do I need to show flight ticket and should it be round trip flight ticket or just one way flight ticket.

In principal, you can apply for Chinese visa in Thailand if you can provide valid Thai visa, residence permit or work permit, but the certainty is not 100%, sometimes, the visa officer will refuse the applicants from a third country. The round trip air ticket is required.
