About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

because I live in adeliade I would like to know if I send my passport and application for my tourist visa by post would it be safe? would the package get lost? ....I have an italian passport so I was wondering which documents do I need? thank you

Adeliade is the capital of South Australia, so you should apply for visa to China at Chinese Embassy in Canberra.
