I am a teacher here in the Philippines.A meet a certain Filipina who promise to help me land a teaching job in China.I thought she was good but at the last hour she did not help me but leave me on the air.My question is how can i save other Filipino so that she could not do it again.She pretend to borrow money and she did not return it back.I have heard some more names of Filipinas whom she borrowed money but did not help them land job in China.Can i filed complain againts her so that she will be deported to the Philippines.I heard she is now in Shanghai teaching...please how can you help me?
