About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

My daughter holds chinese passport with "right of entry singapore" stamp, anyone have experience using this kind of passport in out china?

Mr.CSP, can you tell me how your daughter get the "right of entry singapore" stamp on her passport? I fell intersted in this issue. I want to Singapore for many times, however, I can't get the visa to Singapore.
