Mr Andy.
Thank you very much for answering to my request. The only information we have is in English. Her name is not in Chinese .I Understand now that Xi'an is a huge city and telephone book has names in Chinese.
We know JIAN NI SHENG Used to Work in the ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
IN JIAO TONG UNIVERSITY in 1985.. She must be retired now if she is alive. .she must be living in XI'AN, it is very sad to know she is there but we cannot be in touch.
We wrote to you because we are desperate to find our friend. Thank you for your time.

I have just called the International Communication Office of Xi’an Jiaotong University. The receptionist told me that they need more information about Jianni Sheng like the age, the responsibility in details which she took, the research she had ever done, and the name of team where she used to work, for so many years have passed. You can send a fax which includes all the information as much as you know about her to the International Communication Office, so they are able to help you to find your friend easily.
