I am looking for my parent home town, it's call Quanchiao (pinyin), Kwa-Kio (Min nan)in Nan-an. I would like to visit this place.

It sounds like Guanqiao Town, Nanan, Quanzhou(泉州市南安官桥镇). Quanzhou New bus Station has City Bus 9 to Guanqiao directly at the gate.
