About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Hello there..

Im planning to travel to mainland china for 9 days. I'm an Indian National working in Dubai having a UAE resident visa. Is it possible for me to get a China visa from the consulate here? Most appreciate your help. Thanks.
