About:Xinjiang Travel

i am an American citizen coming to China later this month. i want to go to Xinjiang. is it possible, or do i need a special permit? how cold will it be?

Mr alec,you can enter xinjiang by using the normal visa you applied,only if you visit Tibet,you will need to preapply a special permit

Mr. Alec,

Was Ms. Wong correct? Or did you in fact need a permit to go to Xinjiang? I have read some conflicting reports...

it is very good idea to come to xinjiang later this month ,there is no special permit for xinjiang except Bayibulak grassland ,it is not cold during your tour in xinjiang ,cheers
