About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

i want to travel to china and i want you to help me to understand the meaning of visa free. i know Ghana is visa free to china if you have the Ghanaian traveling passport.
Then why should i pay the visa fee.

the nationals of following seven countries are free of Chinese visa fees: Pakistan, Maldives, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Poland, Yugoslavia and Slovakia.
Ghana citizens don't enjoy the exemption.
