Dear Repr of Chinese Embassy in Philipines.I have understood that the Chinese Embassy will hold closed almost 2 weeks, because of Weather situation in Manila. Is this true ???, or is it possible to get a visa to China, for my Philipino friend. He want to leave Manila on the 9 Oct for one weeks stay in Shanghai. I only get the notice that To celebrate the National Day of the People's Republic of China and observe the Chinese traditional Mid-Autumn Festival, The Consular Office will be closed to the public on 1st October (Thursday), 2nd October (Friday), 3rd October, 4th October, 7th October (Wednesday), 8th October (Thursday).5th October (Monday), 6th October (Tuesday) will be open.
