My husband and I will be leaving the USA on Monday, October 5 for Seoul Korea. On Monday, October 12th, we will have tickets to fly to Changsha Hunan China. We forgot to apply for our China visa, and when I inquired about it this morning, I understand it is a holiday in China so we cannot get our visa before we leave USA. Is it possible for us to obtain a visa from the China Embassy in Soul, South Korea by going to the China Embassy??
