About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I'm suppose to take my oath in Singapore as I just turned 21 this year, but I also have to re-announce my Chinese citizenship with China Embassy, how should I go about doing this?

Actually I've already surrender my China passport way before, but lost it when we moved house. In that case do I still need to go to China Embassy to obtain proof (e.g. a letter) to prove it?
