Mr. Guide.
My husband and I will be in Xian in October 20, could you look in the telephone book to see if my dear friend is still alive.
Need you help. Her name is JIAN-NI SHENG , she used to work at the JIATONG UNIVERSITY 1990. WE lost contact with her for 16 years.

Do you have his or her full name in Chinese and other information like the department where he or her used to work in? The in formation is very important, for there are no private telephone numbers in the local telephone book.

Since there are no private telephone number in the local telephone book, you need to provide more personal information to look for you friend like her name in Chinese and the department,for which she once woked for.
