About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

If I need to get documents notarized, do I need to go to the Chinese Consulate on Granville, or to the Visa Office on Broadway?

You should go to the Visa Office on Broadway, the visa office deals with the visa, passport, notarization and authentication.
