Dear Sir,I want to visit China ( Shanghai and Henan ) in the month of December 2009 or January 2010 for business purpose. I want to know,1) When I shpould apply for the visa.2) What is the validity of visa, once issued .3) What is the validity of double entry visa for second visit.4) I am going to start the business so I don't have my company letter head etc. what should I do for it.Please answer.Pradeep

1) you should apply for visa one month before your departure, you can apply for it in November if you will go to China in December 2) the validity is 3, 6, or 12 months, it is up to the decision of visa officers and your demand. 3) the double entry visa is valid for 6 months, you can use the visa to enter China for 2 times within 6 months. There is the last date for you to enter China on the visa 4) You can ask for the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in New Delhi. Now, you should first submit application to CVASC.
