Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to see if can i get help here, i am chinese national and just got married in china with a britain citizen, and my husband is working here in abu dhabi, we were rush to get back here so have not got time to get our marriage certificate (in chinese) legalized, only got a piece of paper from a local notary office in shanghai to certify we got married in shanghai with our names and photos attached. I am wondering if our marriage could be recognized in UK and can i get our marriaged certificate translated and stamped in chinese embassy in abu dhabi?
