May I please ask for your help to check the phone number of Lao consulate in Kunming? There are two numbers given here, but there do not seem to be anyone picking it up regardless of how many times we have called. Maybe they have changed the number? moved the office even? I am now in China and really wish to contact them as I have some issues to consult.
