About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi, I have a local driving licence in Singapore and would like to know what is the procedure to obtain a driving licence in China in particular Shanghai and Xiamen.
Also, as a Singaporean, am I allowed to register for a company in China? Where can I get more information on this?

Thank you for your help.

You can turn to the China embassy in Singapore for help.
