About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

This question is in continue to the previous question. Shanghai Foreign Affairs Office has asked the conference chair the following question. This question should be replied by me.
Question: What is the formal name of the Chinese Embassy (or Consulate) to the country (or city) where you are going to apply your visa to China?
As I am applying for visa via embassy of China in Belgium (Brussels), what should I reply? Is this true? the formal name of the Chinese Embassy is "embassy of China in Belgium (Brussels)". The city I am going to is "Shanghai, China". Otherwise please tell me what should I reply to this question.
