Hi .... I heard that for foringer citizens they have to go to china embassy in person to apply for a tourist visa while I am in malaysia since 2008 and will stay until 2011 under student visa Is it possible to send my passport and documents via some one else to take to the embassy on behalf of me and collect the visa also when ready on behalf of me because this will save a lot of time for me traveling to Kuala Lumpur.
well second question is Should I only provide : picture, application form,fees, malaysian visa valid, orginal passport or any thing else is needed like return ticket or letter from university?
