Pleased to inform you that regrading important business concract our company had done with china famous pre streach company. Due to some technical mistake we are having problem for the shialakkha brigde project. So for technical clearificatons from our company has been invited by them. So we have been visiting (four persons, two persons passport is new)to embassy last four days with all proper documents like govt formal invitation, trade licence, bank statement, solvency, IRC, VAT, TIN, TAX Reutern paper, Air Ticket booking and more. These papers has been required by visa consulate offecer for the purpose of visa and all these papers asking me to submit them last four days. With honor we did. But finally we refuse two persons who r carrying new passport, I ask officer, do you need any more papers, she says no. its a new rules that new passport can't get VISA. i Explain her, from this two persons one our chief Engineer, we combaback. But yesterday after she checked all the papers she ask me to birng our company Tax return paper, we submit that one too.
So, Dear Sir, it is very important to visit china due to our all river bridge work is held up for only this reason. So can you sujjest me me what should I do ? Our china buesness record is is last 15 years.
