About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hello. I am a teacher in China with an American passport. I would like to obtain a multiple entry visa to Ukraine for 5 years if this is possible. I have held this type of visa previously. What would be the cost of such a visa and can I obtain it in China?
