About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Sorry, my question is how long will it take for his Visa to be approved.

Does he need to go down to the embassy directly

Normally, the visa process procedure takes 4 working days, but he can request the 1 working day express service by paying additional fee if he is under tight schedule.
He can either go in person or entrust someone else.
