can you tell me what date good for my familly to go Harbin Ice Festival. That place near bejing or not? maybe I want to go two in one (Bejing dan Harbin).  Thank. Esah

Harbin Ice Festival is held annually from January 5 and lasts for over one month. So you can arrive at Jan.5 when the opening ceremony is held. Harbin is 1248km from Beijing via train. It takes about 12 hours if you transfer between Harbin and Beijing by train.
