About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

I'm arriving in Guangzhou on 9th Oct. Is there a town called Nangjie in Guangzhou province and how far is it from Baiyun Int Airport? Any good suggestion as to where to stay? we're going to ancestral home called "Beishi"....thanks!
