Is the hotel Tianfu Sunshine is near to Jinli Street? if not, how far? and can we walk from the hotel?

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car from Tianfu Sunshine hotel to Jinli Street. If you take a taxi, the taxi fee is about CNY15.00. Walk from the hotel to the street is not possible, too far between them.
