About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am going to china to attend a conference. What type of visa am I going to apply and what are the requirements? Is it still possible for me to process my application in 2 or 3 days because a travel agent told me that the express service is no longer available here in the Philippines.I also understand that there's a holiday in china during the first week of October.Does this mean that I can not process my visa during this long week of holiday? Your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks

You are required to apply for an F (business)visa for attending conference in China. These documents must be provided:
1.Your original passport, which must have a minimum remaining validity of 6 months and enough blank visa pages
2. A duly signed visa application form with a passport-style photo affixed on it
3. An invitation letter from an authorized Chinese unit
4. Two-way flight tickets
5. Proof your accomodation in China
