I am Ho Phuong holding Vietnamese Official passport. I will be invited to participate in International scientific conference in Tianjin China in November 2009. Mr Phuong,You don't need a visa for your entry into China. Vietnamese diplomatic, official and service passport holders are exempt from Chinese visa for their entry into China.
