Question

I am a holder of a Canadian passport. reside in United Arab Emirates. I wish to visit China & Hongkong for 10 days ( 7 days in china and 3 days in Hongkong )during December 09 as a tourist. I will have a confirmed return air ticket and hotel booking prior departure. Can I get a tourist visa at the airport ? If not what is the best way to obtain visa and how long does it take?!

You have to apply for the China visa from the China embassy in UAE in advance. It will take about 4 working days.
