If some body could tell me who had walked this 5550 miles.Or is it possible to walk this distances with out any problem? As a tourist?

Hi, Mr. Rohitha, it is a hard task to walk the whole 5500 miles, and many sections are discontiguous, wild, dangerous and not open to visitors. And it takes about two years to finish the whole length. As a tourist, you are not suggested to walk the whole miles.
